While in season your skills are prone to get WORSE. It's not your fault, and it sucks... The time for your to work on your individual skill set is DEAD. The time for you to work on your speed, quickness, strength, and vertical leap is DEAD. YOU JUST CAN'T WORK ON IT.


Your coach isn't able to give up that much practice time to do so...Let alone the thoughts and fears of overtraining if he did.


Repetition Camps are here to ELIMINATE any fear of overtraining...And actually allow you to KEEP IMPROVING your game at the highest rate possible during the season.

HOW THE IN-SEASON REPETITION CAMP WORKS

GET IN THE GYM


This camp is not made to be “rigorous” or “taxing on your body”. These Repetition Sessions are in-season opportunities to work on your skill development.


This In-Season Repetition Camp will deliver:

  • 1 hour of Shooting
  • 1 hour of Finishing
  • 1 Hour of Ball Handling
  • 1 Hour of Passing
  • 1/2 Hour of Defensive Technique
  • 1/2 Hour for Lunch

Is Training In-Season Safe?

Training In-Season is not only safe but extremely beneficial. It will help keep your muscles strong and keep your body in shape so you can prevent injury. This will lead to more minutes on the court for you and improved performance.

How Long Will I Do This Training?

You will have 12 sessions, 1 session per week every Sunday.

It doesn't have to be a school season or league, but it can also be recreational or during AAU.


Will This Make Me A Starter?

You will have 12 sessions, 1 session per week. It doesn't have to be a school season or league, but it can also be recreational or during AAU.


Can I Do This With A Partner?

Yes, the training is actually better if you have a partner. Someone to challenge you, push you and also help you with different drills and exercises. A partner is not necessary as the camp is normally attended by 30-40 participants, but it is great if you sign up with a partner.
